Concert of music from "The Peasants" movie performed by the Rebel Babel Film Orchestra

Concert of music from the film The Peasants performed by Rebel Babel Film Orchestra, as part of the series Concerts of Contemporary Polish Musicians at Major Festivals, at the TIFF – Transilvania International Film Festival in Cluj Napoca. The festival is currently recognized by industry professionals, both nationally and internationally, as one of the most important festivals in Europe that combines the presentation of film and film music. Each year, the festival features over 250 films, hosts 500 industry professionals, and reaches over 25,000 viewers.

The concert will feature compositions from the soundtrack of The Peasants, composed by L.U.C (Łukasz L.U.C Rostowski), performed by the Rebel Babel Film Orchestra. The pieces, written specifically for the film, incorporate Polish sounds and authentic folk instruments, paying tribute to Polish tradition. The composer infused the music with a contemporary atmosphere. The concert will be accompanied by a video presentation of excerpts from the film.
