TransPort Literary Festival in Kołobrzeg

From May 8 to 11, the festival organized by Biuro Literackie will take place. For nearly three decades, this has been one of the most unique cultural events in Poland, redefining the way we think about literature, authors, and readers. It stands out for its distinctive format, with specially published books released specifically for the event. This year, the festival program features as many as thirty premiere titles. But it's not just a celebration of books — it’s also a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in literature from around the world, meet translators and creators, and engage in literary conversations and discussions that form the heart of the festival.

Adam Mickiewicz Institute supports TransPort Literacki by facilitating the participation of international literary festival programmers and translators of Polish literature.
