"Unending love, or love dies, on repeat like it’s endless", choreographed by Alex Baczyński-Jenkins in Madrid
25.04–27.04.2025
Réplika Teatro, Centro Internacional de Creación, Madrid
The performance “Unending love, or love dies, on repeat like it’s endless” is a dance and performative experience that explores intimacy, repetitiveness and emotional links between human beings. Baczyński-Jenkins engages viewers in an intense world of relationships, studying their vulnerability and eternal rebirth of feelings. The work treads a fine line between movement, light, and sound, thus creating a space for deep reflection on love. This choreography reflects the relationships between desire, dance, fragmentation, love (as community), loss, and time.
